Tags in Jusnote — Organize Legal Cases, Clients, and Documents with Ease

Tags in Jusnote: Organize Your Legal Work with Clarity and Speed

What Are Tags?

Tags in Jusnote are a tool for the flexible categorization of items in the system—cases, clients, documents, or tasks. Think of them as virtual labels you can add to any object to quickly identify, filter, and search relevant information.

Imagine adding a digital sticker to each case like tax lawsearch, or Kyiv, and instantly retrieving all items with those tags when needed.

Why Use Tags?

  • Quickly filter cases, documents, and clients by topic or status.
  • Segment your client base (e.g., foreign companyVIP client).
  • Analyze team activity by legal area or geography.
  • Improve internal communication by applying consistent labels across the firm.

How to Create or Apply a Tag

  1. Navigate to the object (case, client, document, etc.).
  2. Click “Add tag” in the appropriate field.
  3. Choose a tag from the suggested list or type a new one.
  4. Save — the tag will be added to the object.
  5. Optionally, display the "Tags" column in list views for cases, contacts, or documents.

Idea💡 Tip: Define a shared tag system for your firm to ensure clarity and consistency.
