How to create a contact

Both the person and the company can be contacts in Jusnote. What is more, the User can be the contact as well, but in case if this User is the client of the company.

To add a new contact to the system, you'll need to fill in several fields. The only required field is the name of the company or the person. At the same time, we recommend entering as much information as you have about your contact. Of course, you can always add or edit information later.

We recommend creating new contacts for all the people with which the user of the system starts any business relationship (clients, litigants, representatives, relatives of clients, etc.).

You can create new contacts from different places of Jusnote. The easiest way to add the contact is by tapping on the  "+" button in the upper right corner.

Also, the new Contact can be created in the "Contacts" section:

Tap on the "Create contact" button to open the pop-up with all the necessary fields.

Please note: The access to the Contact and its profile will have only those users that have the appropriate permissions in the "Access to the contact" field on the right side of the pop-up.

After entering all the necessary information about the contacts, tap on the "Save" button.
