How to purchase the subscription in Jusnote

The subscription can only be managed by the Jusnote account administrator. For more detailed information on managing accounts by administrators, please follow the link.

Purchase a subscription

To manage a subscription, the account administrator must go to the "Settings" menu on the left menu of Jusnote and click on the "Subscription" tab.



Clicking on "Subscription" will open a page where you can get information about the current tariff plan, subscription period, the number of active users, and payment history for using Jusnote or purchasing a new subscription.


Click on the "Purchase subscription" button to purchase a tariff plan.



A page will open where you can view the available tariff plans and their features, choose the tariff plan you want, the payment method, and the initial number of Jusnote users (*the price is for demonstration only). The account administrator can add the required number of new users to the system at any time.




After selecting the required tariff plan and the number of users, click "Next". A page will open where you can choose a convenient payment method.







If you choose to pay by card, you will be redirected to the  Liqpay (Ukraine) or Paddle to complete the payment process. After successful payment, you will be returned to the "Subscription" page in Jusnote, and your tariff plan will be activated.


If you select "Download invoice to pay in bank", an invoice will automatically be generated for payment of the subscription in a bank (via a bank account).


Please note that the person defined as a Subscriber in the system will be defined as the payer for the system in the invoice. And the invoice itself will be issued in the currency set as the default currency in Jusnote.

When paying for the subscription via bank payment, the tariff plan will be activated (extended) once the payment is received on account of the "Jusnote" company.


Subscription extension

When paying by card, by default, the subscription is automatically renewed. In this case, the subscription will be automatically renewed on the current terms for the next payment period (month or year) on the day the existing subscription ends.


Click the "Change/Update" button in the "Subscription" Settings section to update the tariff plan.



The "Change/Update" button will be inactive if your subscription is set to auto-renew by default. Please cancel the current subscription and purchase a new one to change the tariff plan.

If you choose to pay by card, you will be redirected to the the  Liqpay (Ukraine) or Paddle to complete the payment process. After successful payment, you will be returned to the "Subscription" page in Jusnote, and your tariff plan will be updated.


If you select "Download invoice to pay in bank", an invoice will automatically be generated for payment of the subscription in a bank (via a bank account).
