Account management in Jusnote

Account management

Account - an information record in the system about the Subscriber and the account administrator. By default, information about the Subscriber is used in invoices, bills, and other places of Jusnote.

Subscriber - a person (usually a law firm or association) who purchases the Service.

Administrator - an individual appointed by the Subscriber (a) as the primary administrative contact to resolve any issues related to disconnections from the Service and other problems and/or technical issues and (b) who is authorized by the Subscriber to administer the Subscription, and also add additional Users and/or appoint Administrators. The first user is considered the designated administrator.

To manage your account, you need to go to the "Settings" menu on the left menu of Jusnote and click on the "Account" tab.

Clicking on "Account" will open a page where you can view the current Subscriber or Administrator. By default, the Subscriber and the Administrator are defined as individuals who first created a Jusnote account. If necessary, you can change the Subscriber to any person from the number of contacts in the system and the Administrator to any user.

Please note that only the user specified as an administrator in the account data can change the Subscriber or administrator.
