Task statuses in Jusnote

Task statuses help you efficiently organize your team's workflow in Jusnote. Each status reflects the current stage of task execution, significantly simplifying task management and control.

The following task statuses are available in Jusnote:

1. New

This status is automatically assigned to a task upon creation. A task with this status indicates that work has not yet begun.

2. In Progress

When a user starts working on a task, they set its status to "In Progress". This status indicates that the task is actively being executed. If the task was assigned by a supervisor, the supervisor will receive a notification about the status change.

3. In Review

After finishing a task, the assigned user can set its status to "In Review". This indicates that the task is completed and awaiting verification by the responsible person. If a task has multiple responsible users, any of them can assign this status.

4. Completed

The "Completed" status means that the task is fully executed, reviewed, and requires no further actions.

5. Canceled

If a task is no longer relevant or no longer needed, it can be marked as "Canceled". This clearly indicates to the team that the task does not need to be executed or monitored. Any assigned user or project supervisor can set this status.

How to find tasks by status?

Use special tabs on the "Tasks and Events" page or apply the corresponding filter to quickly review and manage tasks with specific statuses.
