uses the default currency ("the main currency") in invoices, matters, and activities. All the financial indicators of clients and matters are shown in the main currency, as well as indicators on the firm's dashboard in the system (available to administrators and a limited group of users with special permissions). To set up the main currency and the rate is the default, go to the Settings section in the left sidebar and tap on the Billing preference section.
After tapping on the Billing preference section, the system will open the page on which you can enter all the main payment parameters that will be used in different places of Jusnote.
here you can set the main currency that will be applied in different places of Jusnote by default. Currently, the system doesn't support several currencies by default. The main currency can be in USD, EUR, UAH,
PLN, BGN, CZK, RON, HRK, HUF, SEK, DKK, CHF, GBP, CAD, TRY, ¥, AUD or crypto-currency USDT or EURT from Tether.
The changing of the currency will affect future actions and won't change previous activities or invoices.
Days per year: here you can define the number of days that will conditionally apply as working days in the calendar year. If another information won't be entered in the card of the specific user, this parameter will automatically define the billing plan of the user per day, month, or year.
Daily billing plan: in this field, you set up the number of hours that need to be utilized (billed) by every user per 1 working day if another plan won't be directly set to a specific user. This indicator is displayed on the main dashboard of the system, and each user can see it.
Rate by default: here you can define the rate by default that will be used in different places of Jusnote. The availability of multiple default rates in different currencies depends on your tariff plan.
Default deadline for payment of invoices: in this field, you can set the due date that will be applied when you create invoices.
Numeration settings: here you can set up parameters of the automatic numbering of contracts and invoices. If the user changes the number in the process of creating or editing the contract or invoice, the automatic numbering will be broken.
After filling in all these fields, tap on the Save button.
