Personal Dashboard in Jusnote: New Features and Capabilities

The updated personal dashboard in Jusnote is designed to help you manage your workday more effectively, monitor productivity, and focus on key metrics that will enhance your work organization and personal efficiency.

Advantages of the Updated Dashboard:

  • More intuitive interface for quick access to information.
  • Ability to monitor key performance and efficiency indicators in real-time.
  • Tools for analyzing task execution and project management.

Main Indicators and Dashboard Sections:

  • Today's Agenda: Displays the number of tasks and events scheduled for the current day. If there are no planned tasks or events, you'll see corresponding messages with the option to create new tasks. Additionally, this section shows the number of overdue tasks, keeping you informed about critical tasks that require attention.

  • Billable Hours Target (Utilization): A personal productivity indicator that shows how much time you spend on billable (client) work compared to the planned number of such hours. The "Today" metric provides a visual representation of the hourly goal (shown in gray) against the billed hours (shown in blue). As you log time entries throughout the day, you'll see a blue circle indicating how close you are to the planned utilization goal for the day. Similar indicators are displayed for "Month" and "Year."

  • Matters in Work: Shows the number of projects you have been invited to ("granted access").

  • My Responsible Matters: The number of projects where you are designated as the responsible executor (manager).

  • Your Ranking: This indicator shows your position in the company based on the number of billed hours at the moment. It allows you to compare your contribution with other employees and motivates you to increase productivity.

  • Task Productivity: This indicator demonstrates the ratio of planned to actually billed time within tasks/events. It's an important tool for analyzing productivity and planning workload. By utilizing these features, you can better organize your work and enhance personal productivity.

Notes
For example, in the illustration below, the planned time for a lawyer to complete tasks was 12 hours, while the actual time spent was 6 hours. Therefore, the lawyer's efficiency in completing the planned tasks was 50%, meaning they completed the tasks 6 hours faster than planned.
