How to establish a general income plan?

On the Firm Dashboard, you can see the actual monthly income from all types of activities, as well as their correlation with planned indicators.

The planned income indicator is calculated according to the formula: (sum of planned income from all active users divided by the total number of active users in the system) divided by 12 months.

The amount of planned income is automatically calculated for each user according to the formula: (the number of working hours per day multiplied by the number of working days in the current year) multiplied by the user's individual rate. Data from each user's profile is used for calculation. For more information on setting an individual rate, please follow the link.

After calculating the planned indicators for each user, the total result is added up and proportionally distributed over 12 months within the current financial year. These metrics can be viewed on the main dashboard.
