In Jusnote you can link documents to each other for their convenient search and for further work ("Contract - Specification - Supplementary Agreement - Claim" etc.). Building relations do not require uploading documents to the system and can be done using only links to your cloud files.
Creating relations within documents
To create a relation between documents in Jusnote, you have to go to the Primary document page (document from which the relation chain will begin), which is the main or first in the chain of dependencies ("Contract - Claim - Statement of Claim" etc. or "Statement of Claim - Contract - Claim - Response to Claim" etc.). The top of the links ("primary document") is defined by you based on the specifics of the practice, specific circumstances of the matter, internal regulations, etc.
After clicking on the "Relations" button, the system will open the page where you can add a link to another document that is in the system or uploaded from the cloud.
Clicking on the "+Add Link to Document" button opens a special pop-up window. Here you can specify the linked document and add a note to the relation.
After saving the created relation, it will appear on the page of the "primary" document card as well as on the card of the linked document.
Editing and deleting relations of documents
If you want to delete or edit a specific relation between documents, go to the "Relations" page, and on the right panel of the page click "Edit" or "Remove" near the needed relation.
In case of deleting the relation, confirm your action by tapping on the "Yes" button.
After that, the relation between documents will be deleted.
