Can tasks be prioritized?

In Jusnote, you can set different execution priorities for tasks and events. This helps the company’s users see the importance of the respective task and consider it when planning work.

This feature is available for all tariff plans

The system provides three priority types: High, Medium, and Low. It is not possible to change the indicated priorities.

When creating or editing a task or event, you can choose the appropriate priority for the task. By default, any task has a Medium importance priority.

If necessary, you can view the priorities of tasks in the general table of tasks or events, provided that the specified column is activated in the table.

You can use the appropriate filter to group tasks or events by priority.

In the event of a priority change by the executor, the person who previously created the task or event will receive a corresponding notification about the priority status change.
